If the project needs a local permit, licensed engineering review or specialist fire assessment, the buyer should appoint the relevant professional. Our reply explains which documents can be requested from suppliers and which decisions remain with the project team.

Project requirements
To receive comparable responses, include the intended building use and whether the project is a temporary relocatable building or a permanent facility. Provide a room schedule, target external dimensions, number of storeys and the required interior fit-out. If known, attach wind, snow and seismic criteria supplied by your project engineer. We can pass these criteria to shortlisted suppliers, but the responsible designer must confirm their adequacy for the site.
Describe the transport route and destination port, especially road width, crane access, unloading equipment and any limits on module height. State whether foundation work, MEP connections, installation supervision and commissioning should be included in supplier offers. Separate optional services from mandatory scope. A packing plan and installation sequence can then be compared alongside material specifications and price.
For wall assemblies, tell us whether the project team has selected EPS, PIR or mineral wool, and any thermal or acoustic targets. Request system-level fire evidence rather than relying on a panel label. Supplier capabilities, certifications and local compliance require documentary verification for each inquiry. We coordinate the evidence request and route unresolved technical questions to the buyer and appointed professionals.
